Fruittek now offers a high speed tomato packing line equipped with our world leading Ellips vision sorting technology. Our high speed line is ideal for tomato producers that harvest and pack tomatoes that are not fully ripe for export or shipping over longer distances.
High Speed, Yet Gentle
Even at this high speed of 9 cups per second, our lines are equipped with proprietary transitions that prevent the tomatoes from impacting each other, which prevents bruising during the grading process. In particular, our exits have a “brush and chute” transition that cushions and separates the tomatoes as the tomatoes exit the sorting chain and transfer onto the packing tables.
Efficient, Optimized Throughput
Other proprietary features on our line ensure a very high cup fill ratio of 70% or higher. When combined with the industry leading sorting accuracy of our Ellips vision technology this ensures that you will get the most production per sorting lane in the industry while not giving up sorting accuracy.
